Birch Groves Association, Inc. (BGA), formed in 1941, is a Connecticut non-stock corporation - a private, deed-restricted community of 69 member homes on Candlewood Lake in New Milford, CT. Located on the east side of the Lake and the west side of Candlewood Lake Road North, BGA is convenient to Rt. 7 and Rt. 84 and close to the historic downtown area of New Milford. Our community is a balanced mix of year-round and weekend/summer residents who enjoy the privacy offered by Birch Groves Association.
